Just as I was about to slide in complacency about final exams being in a not-so-immediate future, I realized today that I have a mid-term exam on Judgment, Uncertainty and Decision Making due by the end of this coming Sunday. The exam is being administered via Blackboard, so it can be done “from the comfort of your home”. Obviously it’s an open book exam, still it has to be submitted within 24 hour window from the moment of downloading the problems. Seems like another Sunday will be spent without getting the head out off the book.
I asked one of my classmates how she is doing with homework assignments on Decision Making. The answer was: “Painful”. For me it’s more like “Brutal”.
Tonight I have to prepare my case in Financial Accounting – graded assignment due before class on Wednesday. I’d rather stop these notes for now and go back to work. It’s almost eleven o’clock on Monday night, I just got from my class on Decision Making about half an hour ago, and still plan to spend at least an hour on Accounting case. That’s a raw reality of part-time MBA life ![]()
